Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During sales or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and start after your order has been processed.

Where we ship
We ship to all over Pakistan. 

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update.

Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges.

Packaging
Each piece is carefully packaged to prevent scratches and damage in transit, usually in a jewelry box.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at [vellyraofficial@gmail.com]. We can only change an address before the order ships.

Delays, lost, or stolen packages
Carrier delays can happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of shipping, contact us at [vellyraofficial@gmail.com] and we’ll investigate. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll help where we can.

Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
